2006 Venus Keeway 50cc hose mystery

Looking for information regarding what this hose is. Picture number one is the carburetor side.
 Picture number 2 is the right side of the scooter, right underneath the 2 stroke oil tank.
The hose you see on the far right in picture 2, is the same hose you see in picture number one.
Don't mind my busted air filter connector
